A yellow level 2 warning for damaging winds leading to localised damage to informal settlements, transport disru- ptions and localised disruptions to beachfront activities is expected between Port Elizabeth and Durban in the morning. NORTHERN CAPE

Morning fog in the south, otherwise fine and cold, but cool in places along the coast as well as in the north. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south to south-easterly.

WESTERN CAPE

Fine and cold, but cool in places over the north-western parts. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south- easterly north of Cape Town, otherwise moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly. The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate

WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Light snow over the high-lying areas in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and cold with isolated morning showers and rain in the south and east, but scattered along the coast. It will become fine from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south- westerly, becoming moderate to fresh north-easterly from the afternoon.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Light snowfall is expected over the Amathole mountain at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cold, but very cold in places in the north-west with isolated showers and rain in the south-west. It will become fine from the evening. The wind along the coast will be strong to near gale westerly, becoming moderate to fresh south-westerly from the afternoon.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Fine and cool but cold in the south-west. It will become partly cloudy at times. The wind along the coast will strong to gale southerly to south-westerly south of Durban in the morning, otherwise moderate to fresh. The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate
