– Nil. ADVISORIES A. Very cold and wet conditions on the high-lying areas are expected over the Eastern Cape, the central and western parts of KwaZulu-Natal, eastern Free State and southern Highveld of Mpumalanga Province and these conditions are likely to persist until Friday.

GAUTENG PROVINCE

– Cold in the south, otherwise cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers. The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate

MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

Cool in the Lowveld, otherwise cloudy and cold to very cold with isolated showers and rain.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and rain in the east.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

Partly cloudy, windy and cold to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers.

FREE STATE

Partly cloudy, windy and cold to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers, except in the west but cloudy in the east with snowfall in the extreme east where it will be very cold.

NORTHERN CAPE

Fine and cold to cool, but very cold in the south where it will be cloudy at first, becoming partly cloudy in the east by the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly.

WESTERN CAPE

Fine and cool, but partly cloudy over the eastern parts where it will be cold. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly to easterly. The expected UVB sunburn Index Low

WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Partly cloudy and cold to very cold with isolated showers and showers and rain, but scattered along the coast in the morning, clearing from the west. Snowall is expected over the high-lying areas. The wind along the coast will be moderate south- westerly early morning, otherwise moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Partly cloudy in the north-west, otherwise cloudy and cold to very cold with isolated showers and rain but scattered along the coast and adjacent interior. Snowfall is expected over the high-lying areas. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly to southerly, becoming north-easterly in the evening.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Very cold in the west with snowfall on the Drakensberg mountains, otherwise cloudy and cold with scattered showers and rain but widespread along the coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly. The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate
