MPUMALANGA PROVINCE
Fine, windy and cold but warm to hot in the Lowveld.
LIMPOPO PROVINCE
Fine and warm but cool over the central and south-western parts.
NORTH-WEST PROVINCE
Partly cloudy and cold to very cold, becoming fine in the afternoon.
FREE STATE
Fine and very cold, but partly cloudy in the morning with isolated light showers and snow in the early morning.
NORTHERN CAPE
Cloudy and cold to very cold with isolated showers in the west and south in the early morning. It will become fine from the west in the afternoon. Snowfalls are expected over the southern interior in the early morning. The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly.
WESTERN CAPE
Cloudy and cold to very cold with scattered showers but isolated in the north and eastern parts clearing in the afternoon but persisting into evening along the south-coast. Snowfalls are likely over the mountainous areas into late morning. The wind along the coast will be strong south-westerly becoming moderate to fresh southerly in the afternoon. It will be westerly strong to gale force in the morning along the south-coast becoming fresh south-westerly in the afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn Index Low
WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
Cold in places along the coast, otherwise cloudy and very cold with isolated showers and rain, but scattered in the south. Snowfall can be expected over high lying ground. The wind along the coast will be strong to gale westerly at first, becoming fresh south- westerly in the afternoon.
EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
Very cold conditions over the northern parts, otherwise cloudy and cold with isolated showers and rain, but partly cloudy in the east. Light snowfalls can be expected over the mountains. The wind along the coast will be strong to gale westerly, becoming strong south-westerly in the afternoon.
KWAZULU-NATAL
Fine and cool, but warm in the east. It will be cold on the Drakensberg. It will become partly cloudy from the south in the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be strong north-easterly along the north-coast, otherwise strong to gale force south-west spreading to the north-coast by late afternoon.
