GAUTENG PROVINCE
Partly cloudy and warm with isolated afternoon thundershowers in the south. The expected UVB sunburn Index Extreme
MPUMALANGA PROVINCE
Cloudy in the east with morning fog and drizzle patches along the escarpment and in the Lowveld, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the south-west.
LIMPOPO PROVINCE
Cloudy in the east with fog and drizzle patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm.
NORTH-WEST PROVINCE
Partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers in the afternoon except in the north-eastern parts but scattered in the extreme south.
FREE STATE
Cloudy in the east where there is possible morning fog patches, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot, with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers in the afternoon.
NORTHERN CAPE
Morning fog patches along the coast, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be light northerly becoming light to moderate southerly by the afternoon.
WESTERN CAPE
Morning fog along the west coast and isolated thunderstorms over the west coast and extreme northern interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with scattered showers and thundershowers over the eastern parts from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly to northerly north of Yzerfontein along the west coast at first, spreading to Cape Point by the afternoon, otherwise fresh to strong south-easterly becoming predominately southerly late afternoon. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
– Partly cloudy and hot to very hot with scattered showers and thundershowers from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to north-easterly, becoming light to moderate westerly to south-westerly in the afternoon.
EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
– Cloudy along the coast with light rain, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated along the coast. The wind along the coast will be strong to near gale north-easterly.
KWAZULU-NATAL
– Partly cloudy to cloudy and warm with isolated light morning showers but isolated showers and thundershowers over the south-western interior in the afternoon.
