GAUTENG PROVINCE

– Fine and cool, becoming partly cloudy in the north in the afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn Index High

MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

– Morning fog patches except in the Lowveld, otherwise partly cloudy and cold to cool but warm in the Lowveld where it will become cloudy with evening showers and rain.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

– Morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm. It will become cloudy with showers and rain in the evening in the east.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

– Partly cloudy in the extreme north, otherwise fine and cool.

FREE STATE

– Fine and cool but cold in the extreme east.

NORTHERN CAPE

Morning fog along the coast and adjacent interior, otherwise fine and cool to warm. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly.

WESTERN CAPE

Morning fog over the north-western parts, otherwise cloudy and cool to warm but cold in places in the central parts. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly along the western and south-western coast, otherwise light to moderate south-easterly to easterly. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

– Morning fog in places south of the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool with light rain in places along the coast and adjacent interior. It will become fine in the north from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-westerly.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Morning fog in places south of the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool with light rain in places along the coast and adjacent interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate south- westerly, becoming light north easterly in the evening.

KWAZULU-NATAL

– Fine and cool, becoming partly cloudy in the east from late morning. Isolated showers and rain are expected along the coast and adjacent interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate northerly to north-westerly north of Durban at first, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly.
