TOMORROW ========= A. A yellow level 4 warning Winds and waves resulting in disruptions to beachfront activities and difficulty in navigation at sea are expected between Alexander Bay and Cape Point. B. A yellow level 4 warning Rainfall resulting in flooding of roads and settlements is expected over City of Cape Town and Cape Winelands. C. A yellow level 1 warning Damaging winds leading to localised disruption of agricultural activities as well localised damage to settlements (formal and informal) are expected over the eastern parts of the Northern Cape, and the southern parts of the Free State Provinces. FOR SATURDAY ============= A. A yellow level 4 warning Rain resulting in flooding of roads and settlements is expected over Oudtshoorn and Kannaland Municipalities of the Western Cape. B. An orange level 6 warning Rain resulting in flooding is expected over the Overberg and southern parts of the Garden Route District as well as the Langeberg Municipality of the Western Cape Province. C. A yellow level 4 warning Snow leading to possible loss of livestock/crops and some communities being temporarily inaccessible is expected over the mountains of the Cape Winelands, Central and Little Karoo of the Western Cape and southern high-ground of Namakwa of the Northern Cape Provinces. D. A yellow level 2 warning Disruptive snow is expected with a possible closing of passes, dangerous driving conditions and loss of vulnerable livestock is expected over Joe Gqabi, Chris Hani (excluding Intsika Yethu and Engcobo) District Municipality, Matatiele, Blue Crane Route and Northern DR. WARNINGS
====================== Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Beaufort West Municipality of the Western Cape Province, the north-eastern parts of the Northern Cape Province as well as the western parts of the North-West Province. ADVISORIES ============ An intense cut-off low pressure system is expected to make landfall on Friday evening, dropping the day time temperatures significantly from Saturday into Sunday. The public and small stock farmers are advised that maximum temperatures may be below 10 degrees Celsius in places over the interior of Namakwa Region of the Northern Cape Province and over the interior of the Western Cape Province accompanied by snowfall over the mountainous areas. General windy conditions will accompany the cold and wet conditions.

NORTHERN CAPE
Morning fog patches in the west, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy, windy, and cold with isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior. It will be fine and cool to warm in the east. The wind along the coast will be moderate northerly becoming fresh to strong north-westerly in the afternoon.
WESTERN CAPE
Morning fog patches along the coast and extreme east, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to cold, becoming cloudy in the west with light rain, spreading to the north and central interior by evening. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly but light south-westerly in the south. It will become strong to near gale southerly in the south-west from the evening. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
– Morning fog in places in the south, otherwise fine and cool but warm and windy in places over the interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate northerly, becoming westerly from the west late morning, but fresh south-westerly in the afternoon.

– Morning fog in places in the south and south-east, otherwise fine and cool but warm in places. It will be windy in places over the interior.
