PROVINCIAL WEATHER OVERVIEW

GAUTENG PROVINCE

Fine and hot. The expected UVB sunburn Index Extreme

MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

Very hot over the Lowveld, otherwise fine and warm to hot.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

Fine and hot to very hot, becoming partly cloudy over the central parts from the afternoon.

4. NORTH-WEST Fine and hot to very hot.

FREE STATE

Fine and hot.

NORTHERN CAPE

Morning fog in the extreme north-west where it will be cool, otherwise fine and hot to very hot. The wind along the coast will be light and variable until the afternoon where it will become moderate south-westerly.

WESTERN CAPE

Partly cloudy and warm with light showers and rain along the west coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly, but strong along the south-west coast, becoming moderate to fresh westerly to south-westerly in the afternoon, but strong along the south coast at times. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Partly cloudy and cool to warm with showers and rain along the coast in the evening. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Partly cloudy and cool to warm with showers and rain along the coast in the eveniong. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Morning fog over the interior, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot to extremely hot in the north. It will become partly cloudy from the south in the afternoon.
