Yellow Level 2 Warning for Rain leading to localized flooding can be expected in the City of Cape Town, Drakenstein, Stellenbosch and Theewaterskloof municipalities of the Western Cape. B. Yellow Level 2 Warning for Waves resulting in difficulty in navigation at sea between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas from Saturday afternoon spreading to Lamberts Bay and Plettenberg Bay by evening, subsiding from the west on Sunday. C. Yellow Level 2 Warning for Winds resulting in difficulty in navigation at sea between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas as well as localised damage to temporal structures and disruption on travel routes due to strong cross winds over the City of Cape Town and Overstrand municipalities of the Western Cape as well as the western and central parts of the Eastern Cape.
