GAUTENG PROVINCE

Partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated afternoon thundershowers in the south- west. The expected UVB sunburn Index Extreme

MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

Cloudy in the east with morning drizzle along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm but hot in the Lowveld.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

Cloudy in the east with morning drizzle along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers in the south-west.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

Partly and hot, with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered over the central and the southern parts.

FREE STATE

Cloudy with morning fog patches in east at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered over the central and southern parts.

NORTHERN CAPE

Cloudy in the west at first with showers in places over the central and southern parts, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the south-western interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, becoming strong at times.

WESTERN CAPE

Cloudy to partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers except along the south coast east of Witsand. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly, becoming light to moderate westerly to south-westerly along the south-west coast from the afternoon. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated along the coast west of Gqeberha. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate easterly.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy and cool with scattered to widespread showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Morning fog over the western interior, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy and cool to warm. Scattered showers and thundershowers are expected in the south, otherwise isolated, except in the north-east. The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to south-easterly, becoming north-easterly from the south by late morning, spreading to Richards Bay by the evening while freshening in the south.
