Fine and cool to warm.
FREE STATE
Morning fog patches in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but cold over the central and western parts. It will be fine over the central parts.
NORTHERN CAPE
Morning fog patches in places in the east and north, otherwise partly cloudy and cold but cloudy over the western, central and southern parts with light rain in places. It will be very cold and windy over the southern high-lying areas. The wind along the coast will be light and variable, becoming moderate to fresh northerly to north-westerly south of Kleinzee in the afternoon.
WESTERN CAPE
Partly cloudy over the eastern parts in the morning, otherwise cloudy, windy and cold with isolated to scattered showers over the western parts, spreading to the eastern parts in the evening but widespread in the south-west. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong westerly to north-westerly, reaching near-gale along the south-west coast in the afternoon, where it will become south-westerly from late afternoon. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
Cloudy and cool to cold with isolated light showers in the morning. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly to north-westerly, becoming strong in the evening.
EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
Cloudy in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cold with isolated light morning showers in the south-west. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly, becoming north-easterly in the evening.
KWAZULU-NATAL
Fine in the north-west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but warm in the north. Isolated light showers are expected along the south coast and adjacent interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly to south-westerly, becoming easterly to north-easterly from the south in the afternoon spreading northwards by evening.
