MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

– Partly cloudy and cold to cool with scattered showers and thundershowers on the Highveld from late morning spreading to the escarpment and Lowveld in the evening.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

– Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the south and south-east from the afternoon.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

– Partly cloudy and cool with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers.

FREE STATE

Partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers. It will be cold along the Lesotho border.

NORTHERN CAPE

Morning fog in places along the coast, otherwise partly cloudy and cool, but cloudy and cool to cold with isolated showers over the southern high ground in the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

WESTERN CAPE

Cloudy over the eastern parts with isolated EARLY MORNING SHOWERS, where it will be cold, otherwise partly cloudy and cool. The wind along the coast will be moderate south to south-easterly, becoming light south-westerly, but south-easterly over the south coast from the afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate

WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

– Cloudy and cold to cool, with isolated morning showers and rain, but scattered in the east, becoming partly cloudy in the south west in the evening. The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh southwesterly, but light to moderate west of Algoa Bay, becoming light easterly in the evening.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy and cold to cool with scattered showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be Fresh to strong southwesterly.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Morning fog patches over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool to cold, but very cold in the south-western high ground. Scattered showers and thundershowers expected over KZN. The wind along the coast will be gentle northerly to north-easterly in the north at first, otherwise moderate to fresh south-westerly. The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate
