Yellow (Level 4) Warning Heavy rainfall is expected over the Western Bushveld of Limpopo, Gauteng, central and eastern parts of the North-West, north-eastern parts of Free State, south-western Highveld of Mpumalanga as well as the western and north-western parts of KwaZulu-Natal, leading to flooding of roads and settlements (formal and informal), possible damage to roads and bridges, communities not accessible. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Khai-Ma and Hantam municipalities and western parts of Pixlley Ka Seme Municipalities in the Northern Cape as well as the eastern parts of the West Coast District and extreme northern parts Cape Winelands in the Western Cape. NORTHERN CAPE
Cloudy to partly cloudy with morning fog over the north-western parts where it will be cool, otherwise fine and warm to hot. It will become partly cloudy in the east and south=east with isolated afternoon to evening showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-easterly becoming fresh by mid-morning.
WESTERN CAPE
Cloudy to partly cloudy with isolated rain showers in the interior and southern parts in the morning, otherwise fine and cool to warm but hot over the northern parts of the West-Coast, remaining cloudy over the eastern parts. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly reaching strong between Cape Agulhas and Langebaan in the morning spreading to the north by the afternoon, becoming. moderate to fresh easterly along the south-coast by the evening. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
Cloudy over the interior in the early morning, otherwise fine and warm, but hot in places. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north-easterly.
EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE
Partly cloudy and warm in the north, otherwise cloudy and cool with isolated light rain in the morning. Isolated thunderstorms are expected in places in the north. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north-easterly, reaching near gale force winds in the south from the afternoon.
KWAZULU-NATAL
Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the extreme south. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-easterly, but fresh to strong in the north, becoming moderate north-easterly from the south towards afternoon spreading northwards.
