Orange level 5 warning disruptive rainfall which may lead to widespread flooding of roads and settlements, damage to mud-based houses and displacement of communities along the coast and northern parts of KZN. B.Yellow Level 2 Warning Disruptive rainfall leading to localised flooding of susceptible formal/informal settlements, low-lying roads and bridges is expected over the western and southern interior of KZN, Mpumalanga, Limpopo (except the extreme northern parts), Gauteng and the eastern parts of the North West and Free State provinces. FIRE DANGER

GAUTENG PROVINCE

Cloudy and warm, with widespread showers and thundershowers. The expected UVB sunburn Index Low

MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

Cloudy to partly cloudy and cool towarm to hot with widespread showers and thundershowers.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

Partly cloudy and warm with widespread showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south-west.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

Partly cloudy and warm to hot, with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated over the western parts.

FREE STATE

Partly cloudy and warm to hot, with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers except over the south-western parts.

NORTHERN CAPE

Fine over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot, but very hot in the east, with isolated showers and thundershowers over the north-eastern parts. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-easterly becoming fresh in the afternoon.

WESTERN CAPE

Cloudy with rain along the south coast, otherwise fine to partly cloudy and warm to hot but very hot over the West Coast District. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly becoming strong along the south-west coast. The expected UVB sunburn Index Extreme

WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy and cool with early morning isolated rain and showers along the coast and in places in the interior. It will become partly cloudy towards midday. The wind along the coast will be Light south easterly

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy and cool with scattered rain and showers, but widespread along the Wild Coast and adjacent interior. The wind along the coast will be Light south easterly

KWAZULU-NATAL

Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and warm but cool in the south. Widespread showers and thundershowers are expected. The wind along the coast will be Moderate southerly to south-easterly, becoming fresh at times The expected UVB sunburn Index Moderate
