1.Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in places over Namakwa (N.Cape), Central Karoo Districts,Little Karoo and Breede Valley Municipality (18/05/2022). ADVISORIES

1.Very cold, wet and windy conditions expected to set in the southern half of the central interior from Thursday night, spreading eastwards by Friday, and therefore clearing from the west from Saturday. Light snowfalls is also likely in the south and along Lesotho border. These conditions mostly have adverse effect on small stock farmers.

Morning fog in places, otherwise partly cloudy and cold to cool but warm in the Lowveld with isolated showers and rain.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

4. NORTH-WEST Partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers over the central and the eastern part.

FREE STATE

Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers in the north.

NORTHERN CAPE

Cloudy to partly cloudy and cool to warm. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh northerly to north-westerly.

WESTERN CAPE

Cloudy in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with rain along the south-western parts in the afternoon spreading along central and southern parts by the evening. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh northerly to north-westerly reaching strong south of yzerfontein in the morning becoming westerly to southerly westerly south of cape columbine by the afternoon. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Fine, becoming cloudy in the extreme south by the evening The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate north westerly.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy in the north from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate north westerly, but north easterly in the afternoon.

KWAZULU-NATAL
