MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

Morning fog patches over the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers, except in the extreme north-east. It will be very hot over the Lowveld.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

Morning fog patches over the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers, except in the Lowveld and north-east where it will be very hot.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east.

FREE STATE

Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated thundershowers in the extreme north.

NORTHERN CAPE

Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the north-east by the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly.

WESTERN CAPE

Light rain in the south-east at first where it will be cool, otherwise partly cloudy and warm. The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly to south-easterly, freshening along the south coast in the afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn Index Very High

WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy and warm with isolated showers and rain in the south, but scattered along the coast where it will be cool. The wind along the coast will be moderate south-easterly in the east early morning, otherwise fresh south-westerly, moderating at night.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Morning fog in places over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy, windy and warm but cloudy with isolated showers and rain south of the escarpment. The wind along the coast will be light westerly in the south early morning, otherwise moderate to fresh south-westerly, reaching strong in the afternoon.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Morning fog over the interior, otherwise fine and warm, becoming cloudy in the south in the afternoon. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected in the evening.
