A. Yellow Level 2 Warning For Severe Thunderstorms that may result in heavy downpours and large amounts of small hail, leading to flash flooding of roads/bridges, low lying areas and settlements, also causing difficulty in driving due to reduced visibility, expected in paces over the western interior of the N-Cape, as well as the central and western interiors of the W-Cape, spreading to the Overberg Districts in the south-west from the late afternoon. MPUMALANGA PROVINCE

Cloudy at first with morning fog along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers on the Highveld.

LIMPOPO PROVINCE

Cloudy in the east and southern parts at first with morning fog along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme south.

NORTH-WEST PROVINCE

Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.

FREE STATE

Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the western parts.

NORTHERN CAPE

Morning fog along the coast where it will be cool, otherwise partly cloudy to cloudy and warm to hot with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be light and variable, becoming moderate northerly to north-westerly towards the afternoon.

WESTERN CAPE

Fog along the west coast at first, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy and warm to hot but very hot in the eastern interior where it will be fine at first. Isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers are expected over the northern parts of the interior, spreading to the west coast in the afternoon and the south coast by the early evening. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to south-easterly along the south coast, otherwise moderate to fresh westerly to north- westerly. The expected UVB sunburn Index Very High

WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Cloudy in places in the south at first, otherwise fine and hot to very hot but warm along the coast, becoming cloudy with isolated showers and thundershowers in places in the north and western interior, but scattered in the extreme west. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly.

EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE

Hot in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north easterly.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Morning fog over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly, becoming fresh in the south by afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn Index High
